Commissioner Harrington omitted sending The Text and receiving (any iteration of) The Plan at the Press Conference with the Senior Team Fri May 29 10a and in his Senate testimony.

He also apparently withheld Commander Gerlicher’s mission descriptions and escalating troop requests from both Governor Walz and General Jensen.

This is meaningful because General Jensen testified that, when Commissioner Harrington texted him Thurs May 28 6:35a as the cities continued to burn in real time, the General could merely accelerate, but not modify, he and the Commissioners plan to provide ‘200 MPs on Saturday’ –

absent “a request from a local incident Commander.”

Why he and the Commissioner could not modify their own plan was not asked or explained.
