Is it reasonable to weigh competence, communication and reliability when judging fitness in an employee?

Is it reasonable to weigh dexterity, judgement and accountability when judging fitness in a leader?

Is a hiring manager – or leader who appoints department heads – responsible for their employees’ performance?

Is it reasonable for 700,000 Twin Cities residents harmed – by ongoing lack of infrastructure and services, by destruction of miles of businesses/employers, by descent into often deadly lawlessness – to demand answers in order to judge our employee’s competency in crisis?

Is it reasonable for several million state residents who are – rather than meet today’s needs or prepare for tomorrow’s – forced to pick up the conservatively estimated half billion dollar check to do so? (*Unless Senate Bill 7 passes, in which case city residents will be solely financially responsible.)
